Calendula balm- all-natural, nourishing and protective salve is made with calendula, a flower that has been used for centuries to heal and soothe skin. It can be used on the face and body for extra-dry or sensitive skin, and it makes an excellent natural lip balm.

Calendula Balm is a great nappy rash cream for sensitive baby skin, and it can also help to heal scratches, cuts, and injuries faster. It is also a wonderful tattoo aftercare cream, as it can help to soothe and heal new body art.

Our Calendula Balm is formulated to comply with the UK Cosmetics Safety Regulations (EC (No) 1223/2009).

An important part of meeting the Regulations is the requirement to ensure our products are safe for the user.
Any ingredients that are listed as prohibited by law cannot be used.
In addition, it is a requirement of the legislation that all of our products have a valid Cosmetic Product Safety Report.
This is created by a highly qualified Toxicologist and Safety Assessor, who holds a PhD in Toxicology and is a Member of the Royal Society of Biology, and has many years of experience in the industry.

Ingredients

This all-natural skin salve is made using natural ingredients. We infuse Sunflower oil, Cocoa Butter, Shea butter and Coconut Oil with Calendula / Marigold Petals to obtain a potent Calendula Oil. We don’t use parabens, phthalates, synthetic chemicals, essential oils or artificial scents or colourants, and there’s no water and mineral oil in our salve, only skin-loving oils and beeswax. All ingredients come directly from nature and will never be tested on animals.

Calendula balm- all-natural, nourishing and protective salve is made with calendula, a flower that has been used for centuries to heal and soothe skin. It can be used on the face and body for extra-dry or sensitive skin, and it makes an excellent natural lip balm. Calendula Salve is known worldwide for its many benefits, including:

Studies have shown that using calendula can help to speed up the healing of wounds and burns. Directions for use

  • Wash your hands before using.
  • For scrapes and skin irritations, cleanse the area with a mild soap, rinse, and pat dry. Then apply a light layer of calendula cream to the affected area three times a day or as needed.
  • For dry skin/sensitive skin, apply calendula cream to your whole face or use it to target acne-prone areas once a day or more, if necessary.
  • As a tattoo aftercare salve, apply a thin layer three times a day for approximately a week.

Caution:

  • This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • We recommend a 24-hour patch test to see how your skin reacts. Try a little cream on the inside of your elbow and wait 24 hours to check if you are sensitive to any ingredients.
  • For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.
